Microsoft 365 licensing, backup services, and formal compliance program work (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2) are quoted separately. Servers are $250/each; additional computers beyond the one per user are $25/each.

Annual agreements get a small discount, but we offer month-to-month for every tier. If we're not earning our seat at your table, you can leave — that's a real commitment, not marketing.

How accurate is the estimate?

Managed IT is flat-rate, so that part of your estimate is exact: $150/user, $25/additional device, $250/server. The range you may see comes from optional vCISO and Private Cloud services, where scope drives the spread. The expected number lands within ±10% of the formal proposal for ~80% of engagements.

What does the $150/user actually cover?

One managed laptop/desktop/workstation, 24/7 US help desk, RMM, patching, Sophos MDR, email security, and end-user security awareness training. Cybersecurity isn't a separate upsell — it's bundled. M365 licensing, backup, and compliance work are quoted separately.

What's the onboarding fee about?

Migrating to a new MSP takes work: documenting your environment, deploying our RMM/EDR agents, importing assets, and training your team. The one-time fee covers that 30–90 day project. Skipping it means cutting corners we won't cut.

Can I see the line-item math?

Yes — after Step 4 returns your estimate, click "See line-item breakdown" to expand every service's contribution. The PDF we email you contains the same breakdown plus a tier comparison sheet you can share internally.
